Gomti Chakra

Gomti Chakra is the operculum (cover) of a rare kind of sea snail. It is found in the Gomati river, Dwarka (in the state of Gujarat). Therefore, it is named Gomti Chakra. Gomti Chakra is a sacred stone which bestows wealth, good health and prosperity to its owner. It removes financial burden and protects against evil eye. It is also believed to give protection to children. Gomti Chakra is also used in jewelry-making. It was used by the ancient Celts and Greeks also. A real and genuine Gomti Chakra is elevated like a shell on one side, and the other side is flat with circular design like whirl which looks like a snake.
