Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural locations may take additional time.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Delivery timelines: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic orders (India): Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000.
  • International orders: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Delays and Liability

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by courier partners and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier service. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
